Training
Neigong 内功
Neigong, meaning “inner skill,” is developed through a combination of dynamic, standing, and seated practice and works to develop the energy body in a way that leads to robust health and longevity as well as the eventual capacity to store surplus qi that can be controlled at will and used for beneficial purposes. It can also serve as an initial step in foundation building for advanced meditation practices (such as neidan) as it leads to quicker, safer, and more stable results.

Foundations Course
The Foundations Training introduces the practitioner to the dual cultivation of movement practice 动功 and stillness practice 静功.

- An Yijinjing 12 Postures set is used to prepare the body, and begin to activate and open the 12 Standard Meridians 十二正经.
- The basics of standing neigong practice, introducing how to stand and foundational techniques that are used and built upon in more advanced practices.
- The basics of seated stillness meditation.
More information on the Foundations Training can be found here.
The course itself can be found here.
It is recommended to spend at least three months with this material before progressing to the next level.

Neigong Program
Upon completion of the foundational training students may enter into the ongoing training program that progresses into more advanced neigong practices as taught directly by high-level masters from various lineages that I have studied under over the years.

外练筋骨皮,内练一口气
- Students gradually advance, level-by-level through progressively advanced neigong practices.
- The training regimen is comprehensive, integrating waigong 外功 (external development) with neigong 内功 (internal development) and balances dynamic practices with stillness-based practice.
- The general progression is to
- activate the lower field (i.e. lower dantian) while enhancing and activating the “tendons” (i.e. connective tissue network), tying them in with the lower field
- qi gathering (ju qi 聚气) practice to build massive amounts of qi
- Introduction of the “martial fire” (wu huo) mode of practice and condensing qi
- mobilizing qi to open the various pathways and orbits.

Teaching is done via scheduled Zoom seminars.
Monthly subscription ($66/month with additional $99 startup fee the first month) grants access to:
- training seminars
- online community chat
- monthly meetings.
Students progress to a new level each year (or when ready) and should complete the basic curriculum within roughly five years.
In-person events and trips to receive treatment and energetic adjustment from my teachers is also possible.
Neidan 内丹
Neidan, meaning “inner elixir” or “inner alchemy” is an advanced meditative practice with deep roots in Chinese history and particularly the Daoist tradition. Practitioners progress through stages of energetic and spiritual transformation via a unique system of meditative practices paired with supplementary and lifestyle practices as well as the study of relevant Daoist scriptures.
